If it only moved one way completely, or just an inch or two, or not at all, try this: press and hold the wall station button where the carriage struggles to move from. "Hold the button down." Did it travel all the way forward toward your neighbor’s house? If yes, it’s the photo eyes. Holding the button down bypasses the motor's safety, allowing the trolley to move forward.
