A courteous and informative technician will conduct: A thorough inspection of your door and operator using our comprehensive 40+ point inspection sheet.

An honest opinion of what's needed for a basic repair and any recommended upgrades to the current door or operator.

A thorough explanation of the repair will be provided with itemized material cost and labor for your approval. (No hidden fees) New doors and operators have built-in labor already figured in. If a breakdown is needed, please ask the technician to do so.

A free estimate will be provided. Please approve or keep for your records. - Once work is approved, the technician will begin the repairs or installation agreed upon.- Some things cannot be tested or examined during the initial 40+ point inspection due to the current situation.

For example:

(1) Operator function under normal conditions because the garage door isn't working manually (? broken spring).

(2) Bottom seal inspection if the door is unable to open.

(3) Headplate bearings are hidden by take-up drums, etc. We will inspect as soon as we can access them.

The technician will finish all items as they become available to inspect and inform you immediately if there is something to be concerned about.

Once the repair or installation is complete, the technician will go over all repairs made, including old/new part identification.

The door and operator will be tested a minimum of 5 cycles with you present.

If and only when you are satisfied with the repair and installation, the technician will perform our free biannual "Lube-and-Tune-Up."

The technician will demonstrate for you how to maintain your garage door and operator going forward. Remember to do this every 6 months, or you can sign up for our service now to get on the schedule in 6 months. If you wish to do so, let the technician know. (We have a $50.00 off program)

The technician will clean up after themselves. The door will be cleaned of his fingerprints if necessary, and cobwebs removed from the photo eyes and operator.
